Humidifying flower pot
A plant pot that keeps itself moist: a glass base holds the water, the ceramic pot draws it up to the soil.
The idea
I love plants and flowers, but I also like to travel, and many of my house plants used to die of thirst while I was away. Aquila is a humidifying flower pot that keeps them moist while I am gone.
The pot consists of a ceramic and a glass part. The ceramic pot is extended by a trunk that reaches into the glass base, which works as a water reservoir. Thanks to the absorption capacity of ceramics, the trunk draws the water up evenly and keeps the soil moist through times of drought.
